New Home Connections

Welcome to Heritage Lake! If you are building a new home, when the time comes, you will need to connect your private sewer line into the given sewer lateral inside the utility easement that feeds to the main sewer collection system. For information on getting started with your new sewer lateral connection, including current fees, contractor insurance, and inspection scheduling, please download the instruction sheet and connection permit below. 

PLEASE NOTE: The instruction sheet listed below reflects the new connection fee beginning July 1st. If you pay for your connection by June 30th, 2026, you can save $60 and pay the 2025-2026 fee of $2,218.00. The actual connection does not have to be completed by that date to lock in this savings.
